Pain and Pleasure
The singing is going very well, and The Greedies are adding new numbers at a rapid pace - always good to have a choice! I'm doing some more high stuff too - so bring yer earplugs to the next gig >:-)
I am also working into doing some Rhythm Guitar duties - debuted on "Substitute" at the last gig, now working on "Addicted To Love" - which is killing my arm and hand right now with the sliding power chords but no doubt I will adapt. I still think I have to exert far too much pressure - but I have ultra light strings and acceptably low action so goodness knows why - maybe it just *feels* like that :-) (or should that be :-( ? )
Well, if you are a guitar god and know a secret reason why then let me know! Else I'll just keep banging away at it ... and the guitar practice ;-)

going for switching to using the pinky. Hope it goes better than trying to reconfigure my open A fingering (seems brain just won't override my orgininal programming there)

As a guitar god I would say try drop D or an open tuning to make things easier.
