The Robin Hood Pub, Guildford

Small pub in the centre of Guildford, known for its music. Revamped under new management a year ago. While you have been growing damp and chilly in the English September weather, I have been out in the Charente Maritime, south of the Loire and north of Bordeaux. There, as the sun burned down and the swimming pool gently rippled across its blue tiles, a bunch of guitarists of a certain age (too old to throw our guitars or even our cars into the pool) were scattered around a French farm garden, practicing their Minor Pentatonic scales and improvising blues riffs among the fig trees…

OK Trisha - and I've seen the Reverb Nation event as well - tell your fans you're playing, you'll probably be on about 9.30pm, or it might be a bit later, and play for 30-45mins. Full backline is provided - Drum Kit (your drummer just need to bring breakables), 2 Guitar amps and one Bass amp - as well as PA and sound engineer.
Sound check will be about 7.30-8.30pm. Please note it is a 18+ venue. Look forward to seeing you there and hearing Riff Raff - still talking to another band but hope to confirm soon.

Hi Trisha - OK, instead of messing around any more (apologies) - can we go for Thursday August 12th?
We played at the Native Tongue on Thursday (it's a small place but it was an amazing atmosphere!) and I found out that they are now booking their earlier sessions in July to "Battle of the bands" contestants.

So let's say Thursday August 12th - you'll be on about 9.30pm (maybe a bit later) and play for 30-45mins?

Hi Trisha - there may be slot to play on Friday 16th July if you're interested, another act has first call, but if you can do it then It'll be good to have you lined up as a back-up - OK?
