Drumming Rocks!
As stated above, I am currently looking to play in a rock covers band, I was with a covers band for a year, but have recently fell out with them over a 'personality clash' between me and the control freak that was the bassist.
I have been playing on and (very) off for about 35 years, starting in my youth, then taking a long break (work, wife, kids - the usual), and I started playing again about two years ago.
I am slightly unusual in that I play left-handed, so most of the time I take my own kit to practice and gigs, it is easier to set it up than have to change a standard kit and then put it back the way it was before!
