- In a couple of loose bands.

- Been playing the songs of unsung lyricist Patrick Begley in a band with him on and off in and around Camden during the late seventies/early eighties, again in the nineties and again in the late noughties. Hooked up with drummer Angela Ierodiaconos, resurrected our old band name 'Dipsticks', played out first RTYD spot at the Dublin Castle Wed. June 3rd. 2009
Also play in an occasionall blues/R&B band with a loose collective of characters based around myself and the wonderful Ms. Maggie Brown, currently rehearsing up a set with drummer Angela Ierodiaconos, keyboard player Jill Grainger, and whatever guitarist can get off their high horse for long enough to grace us with their chops. Looks like we'll be going out under the moniker of The Maggie Brown Band.
Also help run a Blues Workshop at the Camden Working Mens College.

I was never a big exponent of pedals, meself.... until I realised the joys of playing places with monitoring good enough to destroy the myth of needing to cart an Ampeg stack with you everywhere you play.

- Hey Mark. I have spent the last 20 minutes attempting to reply!! Newness = yak !! In reply to your question over guitar? It is the 'Yarhi' absolute chuffin beauty & I will go so far as to say I have never played a better guitar in my life. Seriously. As for the where is it? That was in Hebdon Bridge & a real 'open mic' night with a great audience who sit & listen. About 30/40 people in & you sit on a chair or stand, under a spotlight from the ceiling. One of the better gigs I've done. You'll know Hebdon Bridge surely?

Am working hard at the recording side of things & hope that in next few months I'll get some real good recordings. The demo I sent you was done in a couple of hours & the potential is there!! The 'Fatman' is really some piece of kit when you get your head around what they do!! Happy days :)
Hope all is going well down your end & hope the gig 'Mojoed' you out? Playing in the 'Woodlands' Saturday with a band called LO-Classics. A great set of lads.
