When we played Croydon last time we had a small but appreciative audience the following nightin Purley we had a disaster I thought we would never recover from.... then one evening the phone rang and this voice says are you doing New Years Eve... always a good idea but you know if you can sing the melody a good musician should be able to pick up what you want without you having to resort to playing guitar to illustrate every change.
