Hi Beermatt, Liam, Brian, Danny & of course Toby,

Beer ... Charlotte St ... keep me informed (probably Otto as well, the old tart).

Liam ... I originally had my doubts about Orpheus Studios when Otto and I went to check it out beforehand (I wasn't knocked out by the tunes up on their website), but I am very happy to say they were unfounded, we left the final mixing to Richard and then went in and tweaked them a bit. All in all a good experience. Will be using Orpheus again in future.

Tox, I'm glad to hear your sessions at Orpheus went so well. Richard is very easy to work with. We must all get together for a 'social' soon. Perhaps mid-September in the West End? I liked that pub on Charlotte Street.

Hi RTYD'ers, just a note to mention a really good find in the recording studio arena.

Orpheus Studios were recommended to us by Toby (RTYD Fame). So as we had had a few niggles about the last time we recorded we decided to go and see Richard at Orpheus (near Old Street).

 

The man's a legend ... and we want his children. As a band we all enjoyed the experience, very quick and painless. If you want Production input from Richard just ask for it, he'll give it and then it is up to you if you employ it. The studio is well equipped, drums are already set-up (saves time). If you don't record yourselves and want a good recording for demo purposes I can't recommend Orpheus enough.
